CHARGES
The charges for shipping and handling at Daylily India depend on the delivery location.
We offer free shipping within India* for most standard orders.
For international orders, shipping charges, as well as any applicable customs duties and taxes, must be borne by the customer.
*Handling or convenience charges may apply depending on the nature of the order.
DELIVERY
Orders will be shipped to the address provided by you at checkout. Please ensure that you double-check the shipping address before confirming the order to avoid delivery issues.
We prefer delivering to residential or business addresses where someone is available to receive the shipment.
We do not ship to P.O. boxes or any address where the recipient cannot be clearly identified, due to the perishable and delicate nature of our products.
Please note: Delivery timelines are not guaranteed in the event of delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as transportation issues, weather disruptions, regional restrictions, or courier delays.
MULTIPLE DELIVERY SERVICE PROVIDERS
Since no single courier has a strong network across all regions, we work with multiple delivery partners to ensure your plants reach you in the best possible time and condition. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking details within 48 hours of dispatch.
DELIVERY TIME FRAME
- For ready-to-ship plants, delivery usually takes 5–7 business days within India.
- For custom/seasonal or pre-order plants, delivery timelines may vary based on availability and growing conditions. Specific timeframes will be mentioned on the product page or confirmed after order placement.
